Electric Wire Processing - New Berlin, WI

This roof had multiple leaks, wasn’t draining correctly, and was nearing the end of its life. Our customers were looking for a long-term solution that wouldn’t shut down operations and was easy on the budget.

Solution:

After a thorough inspection, we determined the roof would need some repairs before we could qualify this roof for a Silicone Restoration System. We ended up lowering the scuppers around the roof, then fixed and patched hundreds of screws that were poking up under the rubber membrane. On the lower level, we had to remove wet insulation, replace some joists, and replace the rotted decking near the wall. Lastly, we wrapped the CMU wall in TPO. After the repairs, the roof was ready to receive the Silicone Roof Restoration System.
