After a great experience with us in 2022, we were brought back in 2023 to restore a couple more roof sections. This is a massive building with multiple roof sections, and we will knock out a couple of sections per year until all sections are completed. This customer had been looking for a long-term, cost-effective solution for extending the life of their roofs. It was a bonus not having to shut down operations like they would have with a replacement.

This customer has a large building in Butler, WI. The roof was an old, modified bitumen with multiple leaks. They were looking for a cost-effective way to maintain and extend the life of their roof without having to shut down a portion of their facility. Also, they needed the flexibility to complete the work in stages with such a large facility.
Solution
After our inspection and core samples, we determined the roof was a good candidate for a Roof Restoration. We pressure washed the roof, then applied a bleed block primer to prevent the asphalt from bleeding through the silicone, reinforced all the weak points of the roof, and coated the roof with a high solid, energy star-rated silicone with a class A fire rating.
