This industrial building hosted a large volume of important building equipment on its roof. This would have made a recover or a replacement very expensive and challenging to manage. To address the damages and leaking, our team used TPO white single ply materials to repair and restore the roof. With this repair, the roof now has a 50-year materials warranty. Our work took 1 week to complete and there was no loss of time for the business.
