Special Project Circumstances

The business in this building had to remain open during the roofing project. There was also exhaust from the factory that we had to work around which had to be scheduled and worked around. This is also a good example of how we can work within our customer’s budget and this roof is going to be done in three sections over several years.

Condition/Problem

This is an active manufacturing facility that emits byproducts from the manufacturing onto the roof and it has deteriorated over time. There are also many pipes and penetrations on this roof that had to be addressed

Seamless Building Systems did a complete reroof of our 11,000 sq. ft. office building which consisted of both sloped shingled roof and flat roof.  They did a cedar tear-off and reroof and replaced our rubber roof with TPO.  They did a great job to efficiently get the job completed and did a wonderful job cleaning up the worksite after completion.  Great communication from quoting the project to project competition.
