The business in this building had to remain open during the roofing project. There was also exhaust from the factory that we had to work around which had to be scheduled and worked around. This is also a good example of how we can work within our customer’s budget and this roof is going to be done in three sections over several years.
Condition/Problem
This is an active manufacturing facility that emits byproducts from the manufacturing onto the roof and it has deteriorated over time. There are also many pipes and penetrations on this roof that had to be addressed

Install a new TPO roof system with polyiso insulation
