We work closely with multiple Property Management Companies, and when this work order came through, they were looking for someone to come out and inspect the roof to see where it was in its life cycle and what work was needed to protect this asset. After thoroughly examining the roof and a few core samples, we found this roof to have two layers. It was nearing the end of its life cycle but still in good enough condition to save it from being replaced.
