This customer came to Seamless Building Systems looking for a reroof. The original plan was to cover the existing metal roof with a single ply but due to material shortages along with our industry expertise, we were able to propose a better solution, ultimately saving the customer thousands of dollars.
Solution:
Roof repair and restoration, rather than a reroof, our approach focused on restoring parts of the roof that had been damaged by an old HVAC system removal, which left harsh indents in the roof where water would pool. We made crickets that covered these areas and diverted the water away from the new HVAC units.
