Special Project Circumstances

This building was a multi tenant complex with two different roof systems that were 20 plus years old. The majority of the roof was an old cedar roof and we replaced it with a Owens Corning Duration shingle The center section was a ballasted EPDM roof.

Condition/Problem

Both of the roofs were past their lifespan and the owner took a proactive approach and decided to replace both sections before leaks started to appear

Solution:

Remove the old cedar shake and ballasted roof and replace with new Dimensional Shingles and a TPO system.

Seamless Building Systems did a complete reroof of our 11,000 sq. ft. office building which consisted of both sloped shingled roof and flat roof. They did a cedar tear-off and reroof and replaced our rubber roof with TPO. They did a great job to efficiently get the job completed and did a wonderful job cleaning up the worksite after completion. Great communication from quoting the project to project competition. A week later we had a 11+ inch rain storm and no leaks.
