Special Project Circumstances
This was an apartment complex located on the lower east side of Milwaukee. It was a ballasted EPDM roof. We removed the ballast and the EPDM and replaced it with a TPO system.
Condition/Problem
Failing EPDM roof that was leaking on a regular basis.
Solution:
Remove the river rock and EPDM from the roof system and install a new TPO system. We also removed many vents that were no longer in use to give the roof a much cleaner look
