Elite Properties had a building in Waukesha with a Pea Gravel flat roof that was causing issues. Seamless Building Systems was able to fully restore the roof, repair previous leaks, and seal the roof to prevent future damage. To do so, the Pea Gravel roof was removed by a vacuum truck so a full assessment of damages and plan for repair and restoration could be made. SBS restored 8,000 sq ft in 2 weeks with no down time to the business.
