He has had us restore one or two of his roofs each year since we met. This metal roof was in a rough shape with leaks everywhere. Over half of the roof was rust-covered and previously coated with an acrylic coating. By then, the acrylic coating was flaking off and barely functioning in most roof areas.

Solution: Scrape, clean, and pressure wash the roof. Prime all the areas of rust and install a Silicone Roof Restoration System over the top.
