This customer took advantage of our free spring inspections after having some minor roof leaks in a few spots. This building houses a showroom, offices, and warehouse space, topped with a metal roof. The metal roof was old and needed some attention.

We expressed how well silicone does with metal roofs, and with insulation already on the inside, it made sense to address the entire roof with a Roof Restoration. We ensured the roof was clean and any loose or failing sealants were removed. We replaced or tightened any screws popping out and then reinforced all the horizontal seams, penetrations, and fasteners. Finally, we added a topcoat of high-solid silicone to complete the Roof Restoration System.
