How Getting Creative with Projects and Timelines Saves in More Ways Than One
One of Ogden’s downtown Milwaukee apartment properties in a high traffic area needed roof work. Seamless Building Systems examined the needs of the roof and took into consideration the location, building residency, and the various obstacles such as limited parking that would play a role in how this job could be completed. To minimize parking lot down time and with as little disturbance to the residence as possible, SBS recommended an initial repair to eliminate water damage, followed by a full restoration a few months later. Had we gone with a reroof or replacement, the crane, which was required to execute the job a-top the 5-story building, would have needed to be on site much longer. This approach not only cut the job duration down by several weeks but it also was cost effective and eco-friendly.
