This building was passing from one owner to another. Although it was staying in the family, the new owner wanted to make sure the roof was in good condition and that it was supported with a good warranty. Seamless Building Systems repaired all leaks and reinforced all seams, flashings, and penetrations with a 3-course treatment prior to the silicone topcoat. Every fastener – there were thousands – was reinforced with trowel grade silicone. The restoration and repair took 3 weeks to complete and now has a 15-year labor warranty.
